Sponsorship Opportunities

SPONSOR AN MIP MEETING: YOU'LL GET MORE THAN YOUR MONEY'S WORTH

As you know, organizations need money to function. Moving Image Professionals is no different. In order to send out the monthly newsletter, provide free food at all of our meetings, and just function in general, we call on organizations to help us defray our costs by sponsoring our meetings. In return for their sponsorship, we like to give back to our sponsors a great opportunity.

We've put together a new sponsorship program that is sure to give you more than your money's worth if you choose to become one of our sponsors. There are two levels of sponsorship: Gold and Silver. Below is an outline of each.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP: $400

* A one-time complete set of mailing labels listing each member and
non-member on our mailing list. The list is currently over 200 area
video/film/multimedia professionals.

* Recognition as the evening's Sponsor at the meeting.

* Five minutes at the beginning of the meeting to talk about your
products and/or services.

* A table showcasing your company literature if you choose to do so.

* Opportunity to collect business cards in a fish bowl and hand out
giveaways.

* Recognition as our Sponsor in the one electronic monthly newsletter
and two electronic meeting reminders that go out prior to that month's
meeting. (This list currently has over 200 e-mail addresses and is 75%
different than the mailing list that receives the printed newsletter,
and has a wider geographical reach).

* Four additional text-only ads in our electronic monthly newsletter.
This goes out approximately two weeks prior to that month's meeting. You
can choose any four months within a one-year time period. Same e-mail
list as above.

* Listing as a Sponsor on the Moving Image Professionals web site for
one year, with a link to your web site or e-mail address. Your listing
will appear on the "Sponsor's" page. The current month?s Sponsor(s) are
listed at the top of the page. As each month goes by, the previous
sponsors moves down the list.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP: $300

Silver Sponsorship gives you the same benefits as the Gold, except for
the following:

* Two additional text-only ads in our electronic monthly newsletter
instead of four.

* Listing as a Sponsor on the Moving Image Professionals web site for
six months instead of for one year.

Most of our meetings are held at our regular meeting location: Good-Time
Charley's Banquet Facilities in Kingston, NJ (Route 27 North of
Princeton). However, we sometimes hold our meetings at a Sponsor's location.

Ask one of the MIP Board members for details if you're interested in
hosting our meeting at your location, or if you'd like to sponsor one of
our upcoming meetings.

You'll get more than your money's worth!
