Our esteemed speaker, Pete Putman, is a true video display expert. As president of ROAM Consulting LLC in Doylestown, PA., he provides training and product testing/development services to manufacturers of projectors, monitors, integrated TVs, and display interfaces. In addition, Pete edits and publishes HDTVexpert.com, a fast-growing Web site focused on digital TV, HDTV, and display technologies (www.hdtvexpert.com).


Pete has written extensively on HDTV and display technology for numerous consumer and trade magazines, and is a frequent speaker at major trade shows and technical conferences including CES, NAB, the Hollywood Post Alliance Technology Retreat, and InfoComm. He holds a B.A. degree in Communications from Seton Hall University and an M.S. degree in Television and Film from Syracuse University.

Pete is a member of the Academy Faculty for the International Communications Industries Association (ICIA), as well as a member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and Society for Information Display (SID). He also holds certifications from the ICIA (Certified Technology Specialist) and the Imaging Science Foundation (ISF), and has held Amateur Radio Extra Class license KT2B since 1982.

Directions to Princeton Theological Seminary

The Princeton Campus of Princeton Theological Seminary is between 
Route 206 / Stockton Street, Princeton Pike / Mercer Street (Route 583), and College Road, off Alexander Road in downtown Princeton.

Templeton Hall is on the right a short distance down College Road from Alexander Road (first right from Alexander going south from Mercer).

We meet in the TV Studio (lower level) of Templeton Hall (Building 21 on the map). Plenty of parking on the new parking deck adjacent to the building (go up the ramp). Enter the side door of Templeton Hall, near the bottom of the ramp.
