In 2003 Fred received both the Excellence in Instruction and Repeat Business Awards at the Dale Carnegie International Convention. He is the author of Jump Out of Your Boat. Fred also has a background as a professional magician and operated his own entertainment business, providing him with experience in sales, marketing and operations.
