What are the benefits of stepping up and taking a leadership position? We’re talking benefits in your career, in your community, in your social life, in your LIFE. Is it worth it?

These are important questions, not only for anyone in business, but for this organization. We need new leaders. We need people who like making media and want to do it well, want to advance, want to network with potential employers and potential production team members.

To talk about leadership and its benefits, our speaker will be Fred Walker, an accomplished stand-up trainer on leadership, team building and professional development for Dale Carnegie® in Central and Southern New Jersey. Fred has conducted training for clients as wide-ranging as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sovereign Bank, Rhodia, ADP, FMC, PSE&G, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, ShopRite, Campbell Soup, Bristol Myers Squibb. In 2003 Fred received both the Excellence in Instruction and Repeat Business Awards at the Dale Carnegie International Convention. He is the author of Jump Out of Your Boat.

Fred also has a background as a professional magician and operated his own entertainment business, providing him with experience in sales, marketing and operations.

So now is the time to see if stepping up to a leadership position can add any magic to your career and your life.
