100's of hours editing, writing, creating your masterpiece. It is ready for
the world to see.

But wait, are you protected? Can your masterpiece be stolen?

Tonight, our three distinguished panelists will discuss how to protect your
most valued creations while still getting them sold and distributed.

Dennis Helms specializes in trademark and copyright matters, author and
publisher agreements, and matters related to the protection and licensing of
intellectual property. Mr. Helms has a diverse background including,
working on Wall Street, Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern
District of New York, and special Assistant to two Governors and two
Attorneys General.

Jay Milner is a screenwriter and writing coach who teaches a course on
screen writing at Mercer College. A member of the Writer's Guild of America
- East, he has written 15 screenplays. Dead Easy is currently casting and is
scheduled to begin shooting in June, 2002. Prior to beginning his
screenwriting career he spent over 20 years as an international business
executive in oil and gas, working in Europe, the Middle East and the Far
East.

Chris Dedrick is Senior Media Consultant for Films for the Humanities and Sciences, the foremost distributor of educational films, television and multimedia programs to secondary schools and colleges. He'll talk about the challenges of protecting copyrighted programs once they get out in the user's hands. He deals with this subject every day as he advises the users of licensed programs what they can and cannot do with the videos, DVDs and CD-ROMS the company sells.

If you have visions of becoming any sort of "content provider" this meeting
will help you come to grips with critical issues.
